The PanelProfiler is a non-contact laser based system for in-line measuring of panel thickness. It is suitable for all type of panel products such as MDF, OSB, chipboard, hardboard, plywood, rigid foam, HPL, fiber cement and others. Installations can be done in press lines, sanders and various finishing lines, with the version of measurement frame adapted to the size of the production line. Being non-contact reduces maintenance costs, ensures dependable, accurate, measurements also of softer materials and at high production speeds. There will not be any degrading with dirt or scratch marks on the final products as with older types of mechanical contact rollers measurement systems.

The GMS1100 is a non-contact gypsum board measuring system using laser-based technology for measuring the full-dimensional shape of the gypsum board in-line during manufacture. The system measures and displays the thickness profile, taper profile, width and edge profile, wet and dry board lengths. Key control values such as edge angle, taper width & height are all displayed and compared with tolerance limits. Trend graphs of key values, including width, thickness, and edge angles, are plotted. All measured data is archived for quality assurance purposes.

FalconEye is a complete stand-alone system dedicated to the in-line surface inspection of gypsum boards. The system can detect all types of defects that can occur in the production, caused by the paper, forming plates, forming belts, conveyor rollers or gypsum core. Images are displayed in real time with defects marked out and different quality grades marked with individual colors. The system will immediately alert when a surface defect appears, both graphically and with output signals. Every board will be consistently graded and its image stored for archiving purposes. The recipe handling module allows each product to have individual criteria for quality sorting and reject limits.
