The Welker SCHS Sampling Conditioning Heated System properly conditions a flowing gas stream and protects analyzers from free liquids.
PROTECTION 3-STAGE
Analyzer is fortified by a 3-stage protection system.
STAGE 1 LIQUID ELIMINATING PROBE
The liquid-eliminating probe assembly with integrated liquid and sediment filtration is the first stage in properly conditioning gas for the analyzer.
STAGE 2 HEATED REGULATOR
Effective sample heat retention before point of regulation to mitigate the Joule-Thomson effect and prevent gas composition from being compromised.
STAGE 3 AUTOMATIC LIQUID SHUT-OFF
Fail-safe shutoff in the presence of liquid in the system.
