Hot Profiler
Measurement of OD, ovality, shape and length for process control and final inspection. The HotProfiler integrates the LIMAB PreciCura sensors.
BarProfiler 3D
Measurement of OD, ovality, true shape and length for process control and final inspection. The BarProfiler 3D integrates the LIMAB ProfiCura 2D sensors which enables a complete and full scanning of the tube.
BarProfiler S
Measurement of OD, ovality, shape, length and straightness (total, end and local) for process control and final inspection. The BarProfiler S integrates the LIMAB PreciCura sensors.
OD measurement with ProfiCura Smart
Measurement of OD, mainly to replace manual caliper measurements, with the LIMAB ProfiCura Smart sensor. The OD and the bar center point is communicated directly out from the sensor on Ethernet or different fieldbuses.
WireProfiler
Measurement of OD and ovality for process control and final inspection. The WireProfiler integrates the LIMAB laser micrometer which enables an accurate scanning of the bars and wire rods.
LengthProfiler
Measurement of length for process control and final inspection. The LengthProfiler integrates the LIMAB LaserSpeed Doppler gauge.
